So my in-charge was telling me about how we should always double-check our work, because ultimately, they had to be presented to customers and becomes the deciding factor in whether we clinch each deal or not. She talked about how important it is to get all the information, dates, timings and names correct and accurate...and so on. Cited an example of how i probably would not like it if she called me 'Glady' instead of the correct pronunciation. Wished she really meant it, because ironically, the same in-charge was the one who has been coming up with names like Gradys, Gaylds, Galdys, Glayds and other weird combinations. Oh yes, and sometimes, Fion. -.-
LOL, talk about spellcheck and setting a good example.
